Depending on our current schedule, we may have a spot for your dog between 3-5:30pm every Thursday. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot visit pets at specific times. For more information about time windows, check out our policies page!

How far in advance should I reserve overnight care?

We recommend reserving care as far as 6-8 weeks in advance. Our schedule fills up very quickly especially during the holidays!

Why don't you use retractable leashes?

There are many reasons why we don’t use retractable leashes, but here are just a few: *** The thin cord of the retractable leash can cause severe burns, deep cuts, entanglement or strangulations. It can even cause amputation to limbs and fingers of both humans and pets. If the cord portion of the leash is grabbed while it is being pulled, the chance of injuries increases greatly. ** Retractable leashes are extremely thin and usually made of nylon. They can snap if there's enough pressure applied. They are also very hard to see and are essentially invisible to approaching cars and people. * The motion of your dog pulling on a retractable leash can harm their neck and throat, leading to long-term health problems.

Can I schedule a walk without a meet & greet?

We love to make sure all of our fur-clients are comfortable with us coming into their territory. We do not go to potential client’s houses without a previous meet and greet. We like to meet the owners and their dogs and talk about anything and everything regarding our new fur friend. Kasia and Heather will come to your house to meet you and your fur baby.
